Prior to the event, please email Sarah@NCET.org with your meal choice. Your options are:

Beef - Prime Rib, scalloped potatoes, veggies, Caesar salad, dinner rolls
Fish - baked cod in marinara w/ Havarti, scalloped potatoes, veggies, Caesar salad, dinner rolls
Vegetarian - Mushroom ravioli in a cream sauce with veggies, Caesar salad, dinner rolls

If you have purchased a table of eight, it is incumbent upon you to provide all meal choices, with the individual's name, in one email to Sarah. MEAL CHOICES ARE DUE BY MAY 8th. THOSE WHO REGISTER AFTER MAY 8TH WILL BE SUBJECT TO VENUE MEAL CHOICE.
