About Monin:

When Monin opened its Spanish Springs manufacturing facility in 2020, just 25 full-time employees operated a single production line inside the 115,000-square-foot building. Six years later, Monin has added two production lines, an advanced packaging line, and a second 115,000-square-foot warehouse across the street. Its local workforce has grown fivefold, making the operation one of Northern Nevada's fastest-growing food manufacturing facilities. Monin began more than a century ago as a small, family-owned business in central France. Today, its products can be found in cafés, restaurants, hotels, and beverage programs around the world. Despite its global reach, the company remains family-owned and continues to operate with the entrepreneurial spirit and long-term vision that have guided it from the beginning. There is a good chance you have already enjoyed a Monin product without realizing it — from vanilla lattes and caramel cold brews to raspberry lemonades, Italian sodas, and handcrafted cocktails.
